OMM Ending

November 19, 2007

1. Lennie most likely killed the woman on accident, and when she got scared, he got really scared and didn’t know what to do.
2. Curley acted in a way that most people in this situation would, the exact revenge for a lost loved one. It’s not surprising, even for Curley, to want to kill the one who killed your loved one.
3. George tells Lennnie the same story Lennie has heard a million times, it’s the same story from the beginning of the book.
4. I think George killed Lennie because he couldn’t stand Lennie hurting more and more people, and the latest inccident cost someone their life. Lennie was becoming dangerous and George knew it.
5. George felt terrible for doing this, but I think that it was better to have Lennie gone than have more people accidently killed.
6.

Where I See Myself in Ten Years

November 14, 2007

Where I see myself in ten years? I’d have to say Japan for sure. I have been learning Japanese, and I’m doing well. Therefore, it would be a good idea to put it to some good use. Finding a job in Japan wouldn’t be too hard, and there are homes everywhere, from the city to the countryside. I know I can achieve this by working hard. I’ve already started, and it’s going really well. I have always been good at second languages, I even took two language classes one after another. At the rate I’m going at, I can tell you for a fact I’ll get to Japan and have a plan on what I’m going to do there beforehand.
